Information we collect
When you use our Ohana, Whitethorn Rose or retailer forms, we collect your email address, name, state and any optional comments or store details you provide, along with your marketing consent and 21+ confirmation. Our contact form also collects your selected topic and message. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Website, analytics and age verification
Our first-party analytics record page paths, referral domains, sanitized campaign tags, device category, coarse browser family, country and state/region when provided by our hosting service, and page views, button clicks, finder searches, retailer clicks, age-gate presentations and acceptance, not-found pages, signup errors and video activation. We do not store IP addresses or form contents in analytics, use analytics cookies, or assign visitor identifiers. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Hosting providers may independently process technical information needed to operate and protect this site. The age gate stores your confirmation in localStorage (tiki_age_verified); you can clear it using your browser’s site-data controls.
Why we use information
We use information to manage requested updates, respond to inquiries, support retailer requests, improve and secure the site, and meet legal obligations. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. The contact form uses our existing Ohana signup service and requires marketing consent; you can email us directly without joining the list.
Service providers
We share information as needed with our email delivery provider, hosting provider and Lovable Cloud infrastructure (powered by Supabase) to operate forms, storage and communications. Mapbox processes map requests and technical information when you use maps. If you choose Locate me, your browser requests location permission; the site uses your location to order stockists by distance. We do not request location on page load. Service providers may have their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, subject to applicable legal requirements and deletion requests. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
California privacy rights — CCPA/CPRA
Subject to applicable law and verification, California residents may request access to personal information, information about collection and disclosure, correction or deletion, and may exercise applicable opt-out and limitation rights without discrimination. Email contactus@tikibev.com with your request. We may need information to verify your identity before responding.
Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a Do Not Sell or Share request or ask about applicable opt-out rights, email contactus@tikibev.com. Unsubscribing from marketing is available in our emails.
